PART 2 (click)

After seeing The Doobie Brothers, it's time to ZZ TOP to grace the stage (9:30PM).
Very simple stage: Big screen in the back , beautiful drumkit in the middle a few white cells on each sides, 2 custumised microphones for Billy & Dusty and a GREAT light show.
A pleasure to take pics with such a great lightning (dixit Patrice).
Some Girls (?)

Dusty and Billy are dressed in black, sound is neat, nice videos on the back screen and even though they're not moving a lot they still do have their funny stage moves and funny faces and always with a smile.

We had a couple of covers BB KING's " Rock me Baby" and Billy Roberts' " Hey Joe" as a tribute to Jimi Hendrix.
Great atmosphere down the front with some old geezers but also lots of teenagers and a a few young girls next to me who were screaming as if they were at a Justin Bieber concert each time ZZ TOP was starting a song and these girls knew the lyrics.
A couple of well dressed girls came on stage to bring the guys some new hats (see pic above), I don't know why, maybe it was a good way for them to have a break for a few minutes.
see part 2 for the end
