Enfin voici les visuels du livre Taschen dont la sortie était prévue pour Juin mais qui semble avoir été repoussée à septembre 2015, nous vous en parlions déjà le 08 Avril 2015 sur notre page Facebook ( ici) . Les réservations pour ce livre qui deviendra collector sont déjà ouvertes depuis un bon mois à la boutique TASCHEN de Paris.

With texts by Barney Hoskyns and Michael Bracewell, The Rise of David Bowie. 1972-1973, is published in September and is available to pre-order now in three different versions.

Limited to a total of 1,972 numbered copies signed by David Bowie and Mick Rock, this book is available as a Collector’s Edition and also in two Art Editions of 100 copies each, with a pigment print signed by Mick Rock.

Collector's Edition: (201-1,972) ($700)

Art Edition A: 100 copies with a print signed by photographer Mick Rock. (1-100) ($1,800)

Art Edition B: 100 copies with an alternative print by Mick Rock. (101-200) ($1,800)

Each edition comes with 3 foldouts in a 12.4 x 17.3 inch clamshell box with lenticular cover and all are signed by David Bowie and Mick Rock

On June 15th, Music On Vinyl (@musiconvinyl) will issue David Bowie’s 'hours...', the first time the album has received an official release on vinyl.

Both albums were mastered by Joe Reagoso at Friday Music Studios and pressed at RTI. They will be presented in beautiful tri-fold sleeves featuring elements from the original artwork.

It's been a long since we last saw NASHVILLE PUSSY... in 2011.
They do a have a new drummer (what happened to Jeremy ?) and , as usual, a "new" bass player: Bonnie Buitrago.
Also very funny to see that on the merchandise table they are selling very old stuff including some of their very early singles from the very first line-up and... some posters from a few years back...Anyway we're here for the music

And we were not disappointed, Nashville Pussy are kicking ass, non stop rock'n roll for 90 min
A very good appetizer for what's coming up the next few days: AC/DC @ Stade de France !
