BOBBY KEYS RIP 1943-2014

 Early this morning our beloved husband, father, family member, and friend passed away peacefully at home in Franklin,TN. Bobby was surrounded by his family and loved ones. He will be greatly missed as he touched so many lives and made a lasting contribution to the American music scene. Bobby's horn may be silenced here on Earth, but the music he graciously shared will eternally live on. In lieu or flowers and gifts, the family asks that contributions be made to St Jude's Children Research Hospital and The Humane Society in his honor.

 So sad to hear about Bobby's passing , we met him a few times, always nice though he was frail the last time we saw him  when the Stones rehearsed in Paris.

Concert très sympa de la songwriter Australienne Courtney Barnett, un petit coté sixties pour une musique bien rock entre Neil Young et le Nirvana des débuts , pour les titres les plus heavy. Des titres assez long (5-6 min) pas vraiment de "single" en puissance mais un groupe qui assure derrière.

"Les Diableries: Aventures Stéréoscopiques en Enfer"

Press conference for the Book  "Les Diableries: Aventures Stéréoscopiques en Enfer" @ the beautiful Hôtel de Sully.
Long introduction from author Denis Pellcrin and Brian May (in French) with images on the screen and the history for some of the pictures which was very interesting.
Then we had the short movie with animated images that was done recently and finally a short Q&A.

 It lasted 2 hours with a small buffet in the back and Brian chatted with everyone before and after the Conference, with journalists getting the book signed and a couple of fans getting their cds signed as well.

 As always Brian May was nice and charming with everyone.
